In the mortgage industry since 2000, Barbie is an experienced loan officer that specializes in conventional, FHA, USDA, construction, and rehab loans. She aims to take the mystery out of the home buying process, leaving no question unanswered. For her, no detail is too obscure to explain.
Barbie believes that communication throughout the process is the key to every successful transaction. Her commitment to communication is just one reason why she was named Loan Officer of the Year in 2009, 2011, and 2016.
When Barbie isn’t working, she serves on Humboldt Association of REALTORS® committees. She also enjoys reading, country music concerts, and spending time with her family.
