Jonathan Hanes

With a background in loan origination, real estate, and marketing, Jonathan Hanes brings a well-rounded perspective to the Evergreen Home Loans team. As a Loan Originator Assistant supporting Jon Hanes, he works closely with clients and the lending team to help make the home financing process organized, responsive, and straightforward.

A lifelong resident of the South Sound, Jonathan grew up in Pierce County and now lives in South King County. Outside of work, he is a professional MMA fighter and enjoys hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest. His background in competitive athletics has instilled in him the discipline, preparation, and perseverance he brings to both his professional and personal life.
