Cathy Pizzini – Sales Manager
With a background in commercial leasing and customer service, Cathy started with Evergreen in 2003. She lives in North Idaho with her husband and two adorable Siamese cats. She loves this area, where they live, the people, and the natural beauty she wakes up to each day. When Cathy isn’t busy working on a loan, she enjoys spending time in her woodshop or the garden beds
Bill Hunter – Loan Officer
Bill was born and raised in North Idaho and Eastern Washington. He joined the US Navy after high school and started his career in sales and marketing in 2005 after separating from military service. His passion for helping others achieve their dreams made mortgage lending a perfect fit. Bill and his wife, Diana, and their three children, enjoy the outdoor paradise that Sandpoint has to offer. They are active in their church and community.
Kristen Dodd – Team Production Manager
Kristen joined the Evergreen team in 2021. Having a background in Accounting and the Service Industry, she brings attention to detail and the desire to give an excellent customer experience. She grew up going to open houses and property tours with her realtor dad. This gave her a love for Real Estate and a unique perspective in the mortgage industry. She enjoys volunteering in her community, spending time with her family & dog, riding her motorcycle, hiking, road trips, and being in the mountains.
