Having been raised in the Inland Northwest in what is now the City of Spokane Valley, and growing up visiting family on the wet side of the mountains, Sam Bocook did not expect that he would end up living west of the Cascades. However, he left home after high school to serve in the United States Navy for six years, and he met his wife in Everett shortly before his enlistment was up. Their three children were born in three different cities around Washington state as the family moved around, until they eventually settled in the Rochester and Centralia area south of Olympia. Sam has spent those years filling his time outside of work with building and strengthening his community, from volunteering in his kids’ schools and coaching youth soccer to running volunteer boards and committees.
Now, Sam wants to be able to help his neighbors in a different way. He recognizes that buying a home can be one of the most stressful decisions a person will face in their lifetime, and that remains true for more than just a first-time home purchase. His goal is to ease that burden for his clients as much as possible; he is here to ensure they understand all the options available to them so they can make the right choice for their future. Sam does his best to be a constant resource, working on his clients' timelines without ever being pushy. He believes no one wants to feel pressured into one of the biggest decisions of their life. Sam’s commitment to his clients is that they will never receive pressure from him—only the highest level of service and personal dedication.
