We are proud to be a part of Evergreen Home Loans, your neighborhood lender for over 35 years. Our roots are in the communities we serve and this differentiates us from most lenders. We are a wife/husband duo, with Amanda joining the industry in 2020 and Sam joining later on to help support our growing clientele. We were both raised here in Washington state and can’t imagine living anywhere else. We live in the Rochester/Centralia area and proudly volunteer within our local community, school, and youth sports organizations. We are always looking for ways to help build strong communities where we live and work. We have three kids, one who is currently in college and two teenagers.

We help you understand the financing process and guide you every step of the way. We regularly offer Homebuyer Education classes as a way to support our neighbors’ homeownership dreams.
