A native Fresnan, Dan is deeply dedicated to the community. He is involved with various local organizations, as well as his Alma Mater, California State University, Fresno. “I feel it is important to give back to the locality that provided me with both an education and opportunity for success.”
Dan began his career as a real estate agent, stepping into the escrow and title field after graduating college. He transitioned into mortgage lending in 1989. These past opportunities and experiences provide Dan with a well-rounded view of the real estate industry, enabling him to successfully facilitate the loan program that best fits the needs of each of his clients.
Dan specializes in premier builder business. “Developing trusting relationships with builders in the community has been a priority for me.
