Cody Manning

Cody is proud to be a loan officer for Evergreen Home Loans. He specializes in helping aspiring first-time homebuyers secure financing for their ideal home in the Gig Harbor area. As an Evergreen Loan Officer, Cody offers a range of affordable home loan programs including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA and State Bond.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Cody worked for Russell Investments, a global organization with local roots dedicated to providing financial solutions to institutions, financial advisors and individual investors.

Cody is a lifetime resident of Gig Harbor, WA. He holds a BA in business administration with a concentration in finance from Seattle Pacific University. When he is not helping people find home financing solutions, Cody enjoys playing basketball, hiking, snow skiing and spending time with his wife and young son.
