Amber Page serves as our Team Leader, Loan Officer, and Area Sales Manager for South Puget Sound. A Kitsap County native, she was raised in the small community of Seabeck, Washington. She began earning the prestigious Five Star Professional Award in 2011 and has maintained this distinction for an impressive fifteen consecutive years through 2025. She has also been recognized as a Scotsman Guide Leader for her outstanding performance in the industry.
Kylee Davis serves as a Loan Officer for The Amber Page Team with 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry, bringing extensive knowledge and expertise to every transaction. She has spent the past 10 years as a valued member of The Amber Page Team, developing a deep understanding of the mortgage process. Throughout her career, Kylee has been recognized for her excellence, earning the Mortgage Professional Rising Star Award for four consecutive years. She is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with colleagues, Realtors, insurance agents, and clients, viewing collaboration as the foundation of success. Outside of work, Kylee enjoys spending quality time on the Hood Canal with her husband and their two young boys.
Courtney Storey serves as a Loan Officer Assistant on The Amber Page Team with nearly 15 years of experience guiding clients through every stage of the mortgage process. Known for her expertise and approachable style, she has helped countless first-time homebuyers achieve homeownership while supporting their long-term financial goals. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from the University of Washington and is committed to making the mortgage process simple, accessible, and aligned with each client’s budget. Courtney prioritizes clear communication to ensure a seamless, personalized experience for clients who are purchasing, refinancing, or moving up. As a fourth-generation Kitsap County resident, she brings valuable local knowledge and maintains strong connections within the housing community. Recognized as a 2026 Leadership Kitsap “20 Under 40” honoree, Courtney is passionate about helping clients build generational wealth while supporting the local Kitsap community.
Kristen Hamrick serves as the Loan Processor for The Amber Page Team, providing essential support throughout the loan process. She brings 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including 12 years with Evergreen Home Loans in Silverdale, making her a highly knowledgeable and reliable member of the team.
Ally Toms serves as the Marketing Branch Specialist for The Amber Page Team. As a results-driven professional, she blends strategic marketing expertise with hands-on social media management to grow brand awareness and engagement. She keeps clients informed about client appreciation events and the wide range of loan programs and services offered by the team.
