  4. The home is inspected by the person you choose
  5. The lender orders a home appraisal and title
  6. An Evergreen underwriter reviews the final loan documents and if qualified, gives approval
  7. You and the seller sign closing documents with an escrow company
  8. The loan funds and title is recorded at the courthouse
  9. Move in!
