How to set Safari compatibility mode

So first open up Safari, then click on “Safari” in the upper left hand corner, then click “Preferences”

Then click the “Privacy” Icon.

Then in the “Block Cookies” section, click the “Never” button.

Then close out of that screen.

Then go to the online application page again. It should then open.

In order to access Ellie Mae’s web-based products, successfully complete an application, or view/sign/print eSign documents, please verify that you meet the requirements listed below:



Desktops and Laptops

Windows 7 and 8.x

  • Internet Explorer (9, 10, and 11 in compatibility mode)

Although it may be possible to view and interact with the web page on smart phones, you will need to use one of the devices and operating systems above to be supported.

How to set Internet Explorer compatibility mode

Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11 are all supported, but Compatibility mode must be set in order to gain the best experience.

Navigate to https://www.evergreenhomeloans.com

Find the Tools entry under the menu (You should see File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help)

Compatibility mode

If the menu is not available, click the <Alt> key on your keyboard to make the Menu bar appear, then Tools

Click Tools > Compatibility View

This will set the Evergreen Home loans site to compatibility view, and you can view the site and your personalized home loan web page.

How to Print your eSigned Disclosures

As a borrower, you can go back to your original email notification at any time and click on the link to reach your personalized home loan web page. You will need to use the password you created when you first accessed the web page (if you need this password, check with your loan agent and they can provide it to you):

  1. Click Check Loan Status
  2. Click Electronic Loan Document Request to expand the section
  3. Click the Print button:
