Our customer care associates can be reached at (877) 242-5421 and are standing by ready to speak to you with compassion and understanding. They will walk you through your options. These could include qualification for a forbearance of your monthly mortgage payment to help assist with any issues or hardships you’re experiencing.
For those who qualify, forbearance is available for a minimum of six (6) months. During the forbearance period, negative credit reporting will not occur, late fees will not be charged and monthly payments (PITI) are suspended. Missed payments during the forbearance period remain due at the end of the forbearance period. However, if the hardship has been resolved, in lieu of full repayment, other options such as a repayment plan, deferral and/or loan modification may be available. Your status will be reassessed towards the end of the forbearance period to determine eligibility for additional workout options.
