Amber is proud to be a part of the Evergreen Home Loans family. As a loan officer with over 15 years’ experience in mortgage lending, she believes that lending is more than just processing loans. She takes the time to listen to her customers and answer questions in order to provide realistic, affordable home loan solutions.
The goal of the Page Team is to help customers from the initial inquiry until the loan closes and beyond. By being accessible throughout the home loan process, Amber shows her dedication to customer care. As a result of this, she has received the Five Star Professional award an astounding eleven times from 2011 through 2022, and has appeared in Forbes Magazine on the Five Star Professional 2020 Market Leaders “The 100 List!” She was also awarded the 20 Under 40 Award by the Kitsap Business Journal in 2017.
Amber brings with her extensive product knowledge and is equipped with a wide selection of loan products including FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional financing options. From first-time homebuyers to move-up buyers, she has the expertise to meet the individual needs of all the customers she serves. And when it’s time to consider refinancing, she helps her clients determine if the timing is right.
A native of Kitsap County, she grew up in Seabeck and now lives in Bremerton with her husband and two children. In her spare time, Amber loves to travel and is passionate about giving back to the community, and volunteers her time at many local charitable events.
Amber is licensed in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Texas, Nevada, Florida, and Idaho.
