In his capacity as Executive Vice President of Loan Production, Robert Lipston contributes a rich knowledge and expertise to his role. With a remarkable tenure in the mortgage industry dating back to 1987, he has held numerous executive leadership positions over the course of the last 35+ years. Before joining Evergreen, Robert dedicated eight years to the establishment and expansion of Flagstar Bank, where he served as the First Vice President - Regional Director for the Pacific Northwest.
Robert possesses a multifaceted skill set and a wealth of experience spanning various domains such as sales, leadership, strategic business planning, operations management, secondary marketing, underwriting, retail mortgage banking, and wholesale and correspondent lending. This extensive background provides him with a distinctive perspective on the industry, one that he leverages on a daily basis.
Robert is a highly engaged and influential figure within the mortgage lending community. Notably, he recently held the prestigious position of President at both the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association (PSMLA) and the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association (WMBA), where his active participation on the board has spanned over a decade. Recognized for his unwavering commitment to his team and significant contributions to the mortgage industry, Robert has garnered numerous awards. His recent accolades include being honored as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Mortgage Executives in America by Mortgage Executive Magazine and receiving the Mortgage Professionals Humanitarian and Leadership Award.
Robert resides in Bonney Lake, Washington. When he is not giving his all to his career and team, he cherishes moments spent with his three children and always finds time for boating, classic cars, and adventure.
